How it all started

From the spark of an idea to the realization of a dream, the journey of Momentum Homes began with a Bachelors in Business and took off with some inspiration and a fierce determination to succeed.

Our story

Tim Ledbetter is the owner and operator of Momentum Homes. He is a native of Burns Flat, Oklahoma, and has a passion for developing and growing Western Oklahoma. Tim is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Business. He began his career by selling books door-to-door at the age of 18, and fostered an interest in construction by helping his dad work and build arounf the farm.

Our approach

His philosophy is to build every house as if it were his personal home. “My goal is to build a quality house for a reasonable price. In other words, something that I would be proud to move into,” Tim said.

Autumn Ledbetter is the interior designer of Momentum Homes. She is originally from Lindsay, Oklahoma, but has become accustomed to the strong winds in Western Oklahoma and has developed a bit of a soft spot for it. Autumn is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Advertising and will provide any guidance needed for picking color schemes or other design aspects of your home.
